📖 Bible Passage
Psalm 46:10 (NIV)
“Be still, and know that I am God.”
🙏🏾 Prayer
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for the gift of a new day and a new week. Before I fill my schedule with plans and responsibilities, help me to first make room for You. Quiet every anxious thought, calm every fear, and remind me that Your presence is my greatest strength.
Teach me to trust Your timing, walk in Your wisdom, and rest in the assurance that You are already working on what concerns me. Let my words bring hope, my actions reflect Your love, and my heart remain anchored in Your peace.
May I leave this place of stillness with renewed faith, unwavering courage, and a heart ready to serve.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen. 🤍
💭 Reflection
Sunday is more than the end of one week or the beginning of another. It is an invitation to pause. In a world that celebrates constant movement, God reminds us that strength is often found in stillness.
Being still is not doing nothing. It is choosing to trust God before rushing ahead with our own plans. It is remembering that His wisdom is greater than our understanding and that His timing is always perfect.
As you prepare for the week ahead, resist the urge to carry tomorrow’s burdens today. Spend time in His presence first. A heart that is anchored in God can face whatever the week may bring with confidence and peace.
May this Sunday renew your spirit, refresh your mind, and remind you that you never walk into a new week alone. 🌿✨
