What gives you direction in life?
A decal on my living room wall reminds me every single day:
“Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass. It’s about learning to dance in the rain.”
It’s placed where I have to see it. Where it calls me out when I start hesitating. That quote gives me direction because it reminds me—there will never be a perfect time. Storms won’t always stop. But I can move anyway. I can create, speak, love, and live—even in the rain.
That mindset guides everything I do. From how I show up for myself, to how I keep building this legacy with my words, my work, and my website. I no longer wait for calm. I walk through the storm with grace—sometimes dancing.
