What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

When negative feelings arise, I take a moment to pause and reflect. I ask myself: Why am I feeling this way? Is this truly important? Is it worth my energy? If it is, do I have the power to change it? If the answer is no, I release it and move forward. If the answer is yes, I start small—one step at a time. Growth happens in the process, not just the outcome
