Mindfulness is the simple act of bringing our full attention to the present moment. It’s about savoring a warm cup of tea, feeling the earth beneath our feet, or truly listening to the words of a loved one. When we practice mindfulness, we give ourselves the gift of living fully—not lost in regrets of the past or worries about the future.

Start small. Take five minutes each day to just breathe, observe, and be present. The ripple effects might surprise you.
