Bible Passageš
Psalm 73:26
My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
Prayeršš¾
Father, thank You for being my steady place when everything else feels uncertain. Lift my spirit today. Quiet every anxious thought. Remind me that Your strength does not run out, and Your presence does not withdraw. Teach me to lean, to breathe, to stand again. Amen.
Reflectionš¤
There are mornings when you wake up and your soul feels heavier than your body. Youāre present, but not fully present. Youāre functioning, but not flowing. And yet; right there, in that soft ache, God meets you with a quiet steadiness.
He doesnāt always shout strength into you. Sometimes He whispers it. Sometimes itās in the way your heart suddenly feels lighter after a scripture, a song, or a moment of stillness. Sometimes itās when you realize, āI made it through another day,ā even when you thought you wouldnāt.
Strength is rising in you even when you canāt trace it. God isnāt asking you to perform strength; Heās asking you to receive it. Lean into Him today like someone who knows they donāt have to be everything. Let Him be your anchor, your breath, your calm in the middle. He is your portion, not just enough, but more than enough.
Notesš
What part of your heart feels tired today? Pause and hand it to God, even if all you can offer is honesty. He meets honesty with healing.
