“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea.”

Prayer🙏🏾

Heavenly Father, thank You for being our refuge and strength. When life feels unsteady, remind us that You remain unshaken. Protect our hearts from fear and help us to trust in Your unchanging presence. May we lean on You for peace and guidance in every season. Amen.

Reflection🤔

There are times when life feels overwhelming, like the ground beneath us is shifting. In those moments, fear tries to take control. But Psalm 46 reminds us that God is not only present, He is an ever-present help. That means He does not come and go with circumstances. His power and presence remain constant, even when the world around us feels uncertain.

Today, let this truth anchor you: your strength is not in your situation, but in your Savior.
