Bible Passage: Proverbs 31:25-26 (NIV) ![]()
“She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come. She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue.”
Motherhood is not only a biological assignment—it’s a divine calling. Today we honor the women who nurture, teach, guide, and pour into others with patience and grace. Whether you’re a biological mother, stepmother, auntie, godmother, mentor, or a mother to many in spirit, your presence matters deeply. You reflect God’s love in ways words often cannot express.
In every late-night prayer, every quiet meal prepared, every encouraging word spoken—you’ve become a vessel of wisdom and strength. Parenting evolves, and so must we. The wisdom required to guide toddlers is different from the wisdom needed for teens and adult children. We are not called to control, but to shape and support. May we have the humility to release, the strength to remain present, and the grace to keep loving through every stage.
Prayer:![]()
Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of motherhood in all its forms. Pour Your wisdom into us as we continue to guide those You’ve placed in our care. Help us to nurture with patience, to speak with love, and to reflect Your faithfulness in every season. Strengthen those who feel unseen. Remind us that every small act of love echoes in eternity. Amen.
