Scripture Passage:![]()
John 6:9 (NIV) – “Here is a boy with five small barley loaves and two small fish, but how far will they go among so many?”
Sometimes we look at what we have—our talents, resources, even our time—and feel it’s not enough. We whisper, “I really hope not,” afraid that what we bring won’t measure up. But in God’s hands, even the smallest offering can become more than enough. The boy with the loaves and fish didn’t have much, but he gave what he had. Jesus took that small gift and multiplied it to feed thousands.
Are you praying for God to use what you have? He’s not asking for perfection or abundance. He’s asking for willingness. Your little becomes much when you place it in His hands. Let Him bless it—and when He does, don’t keep it to yourself. What He blesses you with is meant to be a blessing to others too. Speak life. Share hope. Give generously.
Prayer:![]()
Lord, sometimes I hesitate to offer what I have because it feels too small. Remind me today that You are the God of multiplication. Take what I give—my energy, my ideas, my voice, my gifts—and use them for Your glory. Help me to trust You with my “not enough” and to never forget that Your blessing is meant to flow through me to others. Amen.
Notes:![]()
• What have I been holding back, thinking it’s not enough?
• Who around me can be blessed by something I already have?
• Am I willing to release my “little” and let God multiply it?
