Praise Him in the Valleys and the Mountains

Bible Passage:📖
“I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.” — Psalm 34:1

Reflection:🤔🤔
There are moments when life feels light, full of blessings and answered prayers. Then there are times when the weight of struggles makes it hard to even lift our heads. But in every season—whether in the valley or on the mountain—God remains constant. His love, His mercy, and His presence never waver.

We often remember to praise when everything is going well, but what about those dark times? The moments when we cried in silence, when we didn’t know how we would make it through? God was still there. Even when our prayers weren’t answered exactly as we wanted, He was moving, protecting, providing in ways unseen.

So today, let’s shift our focus from what we don’t have to who God is. He is our provider, healer, sustainer, and protector. He is faithful. Even now, He is working on things we haven’t even thought to pray for.

Prayer:🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Lord, I praise You not only for what You’ve given me but for who You are. You have carried me through storms, lifted me in dark times, and loved me through it all. Help me to remain in a posture of praise, even when I don’t understand the path ahead. You are good, always. And I will trust You in every season. Amen.
